The eyes that never blink on the quantum chain
Watch any Quantus address, arm rules — balance thresholds, big transfers, whale moves, new referenda, chain stalls — and scan them against live-first chain data. New hits land in your alert feed, and with one click they arrive as browser notifications too. Your watchlist never leaves this browser; nothing here moves funds.

Watch an address
SS58 addresses on prefix 189 are checksum-validated before they join the tower. Each watched address gets its human checkphrase — the same five-word upstream algorithm the Contact Vault uses — so you can confirm at a glance that the address on screen is the one you meant.
Arm a rule
Address rules watch one address from your list. Chain rules watch the whole network. Rules fire on transitions and new events — a balance that is already below your threshold does not re-alert on every scan; the moment it crosses does.
Self-test runs every enabled rule against synthetic fixtures (labeled SELF-TEST, never chain data) so you can preview exactly what an alert looks like before the chain produces one.
Armed rules
Notifications fire only while this tab is open. The tower never sends your watchlist anywhere — everything is evaluated in this browser.
Where the tower looks
- DOES — try the live indexer firstEvery scan attempts the public Subsquid endpoint (
sqm.quantus.com) with an 8 second timeout. When the browser is allowed to reach it, the LIVE badge lights up. - DOES — fall back to the committed snapshotThe indexer only allowlists official Quantus domains for browser CORS, so community Pages apps normally land here. The snapshot badge always shows when the data was captured and at which block height.
- DOES NOT — know balances outside the rich-list snapshotPer-address balances come from the Whale Watch top-200 snapshot. An address outside it shows balance unknown — balance rules stay quiet rather than guess.
- DOES NOT — see the futureTransfers come from a 15,000-block window snapshot refreshed by the builder loop. A scan only sees what the latest snapshot contains; staleness is shown, never hidden.
Export carries your watchlist, rules, and baselines as JSON — handy for moving the tower to another browser. Import merges by address; nothing is uploaded.
