How it works
1. List with a presignature
Pick a transfer lot you own. Your key signs a 0x83 presignature that commits to the lot outpoint and your exact price — it cannot be altered or replayed onto another lot.
2. Buyer verifies & fills
Any buyer can verify your presignature locally, attach their own funding inputs, and broadcast one transaction that moves the lot to them and the PRL to you.
3. Settlement on-chain
The lot UTXO changes hands on Pearl. The indexer sees the move and credits the token balance to the buyer. No escrow, no custody.
