Honest limits — read before trusting the lamp
- Read-only, forever. Pearl Watch never asks for keys, seeds, or passwords. It only watches public addresses.
- Blockbook is third-party. Balances, txs and confirmations come from a Blockbook server you choose (default:
https://blockbook.pearlresearch.ai). It is convenience data, not consensus — verify anything that matters against your ownpearld. - Polling only. This page polls on a timer you set. It cannot push alerts to your phone and it only watches while the tab is open (a closed tab sees nothing).
- Amounts are heuristics. Incoming/outgoing attribution reads Blockbook's vin/vout address lists; totals are grain-exact math on that third-party data.
- No smart contracts on Pearl. Rules fire in your browser; nothing on-chain enforces them.
- Watchlist lives in this browser (localStorage). Export it before switching devices.
Watchlist public addresses only — never a key
| Label | Address | Balance | Received | Sent | Txs | Last seen | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| No addresses yet. Add one above — the lamp only watches what you point it at. | |||||||
Balances fill in after the next beacon sweep (tab 2) or a manual refresh.
Beacon the sweeping light — GET-only polls
chain tip: —
| Address | Balance | New txs this sweep | Scanned at | Status |

| Beacon idle. Start it to sweep the watchlist. | ||||
Alert rules edge-triggered — they fire once per crossing
| Rule | Target | Condition | Last fired | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| No rules. A watchtower with no rules is just a nice view. | |||||
Balance-crossing rules re-arm after the balance moves back across. Confirmation rules re-arm if a reorg drops the count back under target. Rules fire only while the beacon sweeps (or a manual refresh runs).

Confirmation tracker watch one txid land
Polls the same Blockbook backend on the beacon interval. Unconfirmed or unknown txids are reported honestly — never guessed.
