Oracle identity
Your oracle is a BIP-86 key. Its identity is the tweaked keypath x-only pubkey — the same key that controls its PRL address. Anyone can mint one; that is the honest point of the system.

Publish an attestation
Compose a price tick. The price is an integer in minor units with a decimals field — floats never touch the wire. The attestation is hash-chained to your previous one and signed with your oracle key.

Standalone verifier
Paste any signed attestation — yours, or anyone's. Every check runs from the pasted bytes alone: no key needed, no network, no trust.
