A cartographer's desk for BIP-380 output descriptors on Pearl (PRL)
@kshot9000
Chart a descriptor
Paste any output descriptor. The desk parses it like Bitcoin Core would — grammar, checksum, keys, and the full Taproot tree — and charts what it finds. Nothing leaves your browser; there are no network calls at all.
Seal & verify checksums
BIP-380 checksums are the wax seal on a descriptor: 8 characters that catch any transcription error. Add one to a bare descriptor, or verify a sealed one.
Derive addresses
Give a ranged descriptor and an index range; the desk derives each address exactly as BIP-386 specifies. Only tr() and addr() produce Pearl-spendable addresses — anything else yields its exact scriptPubKey with an honest note.
Charted templates
Sound, well-trodden descriptor shapes. Placeholders like xpubA must be replaced with your own keys before use — the desk refuses to derive from placeholders.
Prove the desk
Don't take the brass plate's word for it. This runs the desk's pinned test battery in your browser: official BIP-380 checksum vectors, a known-answer BIP-86 address, control-block recomputation, and multipath expansion.
